Profoam are one of the top providers of spray foam insulation rigs, equipment and material with a fully integrated solution for contractors to take advantage of. Their spray foam rigs are designed to handle all types of jobs from small homes to commercial buildings and can save you money in the long run.
There are several advantages to the Profoam rigs that make it ideal for all insulation contractors, and the following is a list of highlights.
The rigs come is several different layouts and sizes. The most popular and convenient is the Spray Rig trailer with separated compartments for the different pieces of equipment.
Dependent on how much storage you need there are three choices in size: 16 foot, 18 foot and 20 foot. For contractors with larger jobs and lots of time on the road the larger size will mean that you can carry more materials, so you can avoid trips to restock your rig on a busy day.
At the back of the rig you will find the main storage compartment for the insulation material barrels. Due to the size of the barrels this is the largest area and will also accommodate other bulky equipment you might have.
The barrels can be directly linked up to the pumping equipment without having to drag hoses or barrels around. This makes the set up so unique in that it really is one fully integrated and standalone functioning system.
22KW Industrial Generator
In order for you to operate in all different types of places and not be dependent on external power sources, the rig comes with a built in 22KW industrial strength generator. This generator can be Gas or Diesel powered and will provide all the electricity you need to run the air compressor and hydraulic system.
The generator is housed in the center of the rig sitting on a very convenient sliding floor to give you full access for maintenance purposes.
Industrial Air Compressor
The air compressor is available with different power output, which will very much depend on your individual needs. For large scale or industrial projects with a heavy-duty material being pumped through very long hoses you will require more pressure than for small residential attics.
Equipment And Hose Room
At the front of the rig you will find the main equipment room, which is home to the hydraulic system as well as a tool bench and the hose real. The standard hose included is 200 foot, but the main storage section at the back has room for additional lengths of hose for very large projects.
This is the heart of the system and there are several different options available. Your choice of proportioner will entirely depend on what materials you primarily use, what hose length will be required and the pressure you require for the whole system.
